dont know what to call this stuffed loin

i just used ingredients i like. slice pic is bad, its getting dark too early again. worse yet i had to move my fishing machine down stream to a neighbors dock, going to pull it out next weekend and wait for that water i can walk on

loin was stuffed with kalamata olives, shrooms, sun dried tomatoes, onions, garlic, tomato pesto,panko, and this indian stuff

I think gorgeous would be the correct terminology, seems to also work well for the other images captured as well.

started out direct to sear the bottom closed, then was thinking maybe put it in some broth with that india stuff, ended up making a stove top sauce instead
