Spot on Rib video

Hey I think this rib video is spot on. Tried it out on my BGE and worked flawlessly. Figured I would share. Enjoy.

I enjoyed the video.  Thanks for posting.  I picked up some pointers I've never seen before ... like rolling the ribs into a spiral and dusting them with rub.  Also, never heard of mopping them with margarine.  That one is new to me.  Great video ... but I just have to ask ... a PINK smoker?!?

May give poking them with a fork a try. Not sure if it will help, but can't hurt.

I roll the ribs so I could cook them in my minimax. Works doggone well. I saw it done here by one of the Debauchery Brothers. First time I tried it, delivered awesome results.

I like it, seems like a fun guy. I think its a beginners video with great tips to shorten the learning curve. The rolling for getting rub on the edges efficiently is a good tip!
