Lamb Chops & Roasted Veggies

Options
The lamb chops got seasoned with a Tuscan Herb EVOO, fresh Garlic, S&P, and fresh Rosemary.  Reverse seared with a kiss of olive wood smoke. The veggies were foiled with seasonings along with the Tuscan Herb EVOO and cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar.  Great dinner!
