Added another griddle (BassPro) December 2017 -
I take the Yellow Yukon Gold potatoes and bake for 1 hour at 400. After they cool a bit I gut them out into a bowl with butter and sour cream. I add in bacon crumbles, green onions, chives and some sharp cheddar cheese. Mix all that thoroughly and fill taters back. I then put them back on grill until mixture is hot again.
