Very nice. Not a lot of lamb eaters in my crowd, but it always looks great. Maybe we just haven't had the right lamb...

I mean, we all know lamb is similar to goat, so yeah, we know you like it Kentucky boy.

Sure... Take a whole head of cauliflower cut the florets from the stem. Then steam until cooked ( don't boil as cauliflower retains a lot of water) once cooked add a stick of butter salt and pepper and blend with an immersion blender to your desired consistency.. We sometimes add cheese for a change. This is a great alternative to potato and esp. if you are following a low carb diet..

But a whole stick of butter does not pair with "diet" in my world. Ha ha ha.

But I like this - I am going to try it. Thank you for providing the idea!

  • @Sea2Ski.. Agreed butter and diet don't pair. I should of been more clear, this is based on the "Keto Diet".. Low carb, High-Fat..  Thanks for looking..

  • Truly and excellent cook, John. Love the crust on the lamb. I am going to try the cauliflower mash, sounds like a great healthy alternative to potatoes. Glad you enjoyed the lamb.

Never mind. I made a paste of fresh rosemary and parsley, roasted garlic, salt, pepper, and a little lemon pepper. They are hanging out in the fridge right now.
