Italian burgers...

Morning All:

Kathy got a bit inventive last night...she combined one pound ground beef with just over a half-pound of Italian sausage...shaped the mixture to fit the rolls...then I added a heavy dose of DP Mediterranean-ish...on the small Egg...


topped with some shredded Asiago & a slice of Mozzarella...


Onto the roll with some Marinara sauce & "ta-da" our Italian burgers...


Cut one of the burgers in half to fill each of the rolls...pretty tasty dinner!
