SWMBO Baby Back Ribs

SWMBO wanted to celebrate yesterday so she requested baby back ribs. I went to Costco and got a 2 pack of ribs that didn't have the membrane so one less thing to worry about. SWMBO was very pleased and ate more ribs than I did =) Now on to the cook:
  • Mustard binder
  • Heavy coat of John Henry's Honey Rib Rub
  • Hickory chunks
  • 2 hrs 15 mins indirect at around 275
  • Sprayed apple juice every 15 mins after smoking for 50 mins
  • 1 hr wrapped in foil with butter, honey and brown sugar
  • Sauced with BBQ sauce and the ribs settle for 6 mins
