Target IT if I am slicing a boneless butt for Cubans?

Would I want to cook to a lower IT, say 185 or so, if I will be slicing the meat for sandwiches?

That sounds about right on the temp.

I just use pulled pork for Cubans. The mojo pork and sauce recipe on nakedwhiz site is excellent for Cubans. I cook them for the ga Mtn eggfest each year and use his mojo pork recipe

185 is tops. 180-185 is perfect.
