Meat Day!

one of my cousins has a buffalo ranch and he had to drop one so I got the family deal. 2K for 500 lbs+ makes me a happy guy. This is my second buffalo from him. The first had a lot of trial and error. About half way through I got the hang of cooking this lean meat so I'm excited.
