Tri Tip Fajitas

I normally like to you use skirt/flank steak but since I came across this beauty I figured I go for broke. I used a homemade seasoning blend from the web and grilled at 400 until 125 internal. Sautéed the veggies with the same seasoning blend.  Freaking fantastic with a dollop of daisy and splash of cholula.
