How was the cod on the BGE? I have only fried it.

With the oranges and fill it was great. Just a hint of smoke but more along the lines of baked fish. Texture was very meaty like cod always is. It picked up a good touch of the orange flavor. I think you could do it on the mini!-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.
