I am cooking chops tonight with a variety of rubs from the exchange. @kl8ton the rubs you sent are fantastic so far. Herman's Boy poultry & pork is awesome. The Java jolt is great on burgers by the way. Have some Swamp Venom and Ranging River going on also. My local spice shop gave me Tim's Texas 2 step Butcher Blend to try, so got that on the MM also. The MM got a workout tonight. Thanks for looking

The Swamp Venom was delicious. The Butcher Rub had a nice lemon zest to it. Herman's Boy is really good stuff, has just a little heat to it. Definitely ate my share.Mckinney, TX
