No fancy schmancy swords  :) 

Sliced into thick steaks, salted and rested on counter while getting the egg ready.
Indirect 250 till IT 130'ish...


Rested and seared on steel plate...


Rested and sliced, served with Ponzu dipping sauce.  Not bad for first time cooking picanha, the fat is the bomb!
