smash burgers in the rain

some reason i cant see the rain, but you can see it pouring rivers down the front. heading down to Philly tonight to cook in the rain outside the wall =)

    Yum!!!!! Love me some smash burgers.  I had never heard of them until they were discussed here on the forum.  Now that's the only way we cook them.  Got me a big Lodge griddle, it will do 6 at a time on my XL.  SWMBO doesn't want them any other way. fishlessman , enjoy your burgers tonight!!!!

    wish in this instance there was the griddle in the egg, it rained out so fast and hard in the minute or two it takes to sear one of these they were more boiled than seared =) im going to make a hinged cover for this blackstone griddle before chancing the rain again
