something in the air tonight.

read a few recipes for tomato galette to inspire me and then had to use some gluten free pizza dough which made it into something else.  I couldn't roll that sh*t out, so pressed it into small ci pans.  Anyway, it was good.  I used a variety of tomatoes picked today, some onion, Rosemary, lemon thyme, grilled corn, etc.

Served with some premarinated beef tenderloin that was in the freezer.  I over cooked it, still tender.
