Back in the saddle

I've been gone for most of the month so it's nice to be back home with my Egg. Haven't had it fired up in a while; using the Weber charcoal at the beach instead. It's good to keep up all the grillin skills. 

Tonight was Poppers from the garden for apps, then slapped on a London broil. I used the Gamms marinade I received from the Butt Blast for the LB and it worked nicely. We also brought back a bushel of corn from the beach and put that up when we returned home, on Tuesday evening. The corn was tonight's carb. Wife also wanted some of my sautéed shrooms. Butter and garlic as usual but then I add a little vermouth to the pan. Always a hit!
