Sausage lamb and chicken.

Had friends over that can really eat.  First up,  homemade sausage on the MiniMax.  Kielbasa, brats and andouille.  


While they were cooking, lamb was on the large at 225 going slow. 


Then to the MM for the sear.  


Came out good.  


Official taster did approve. 



Then chicken parts 



Had ad a few more sausages left so threw them on with some chicken skin. Got that idea from someone here. I forget who, but thanks!  


Also cooked 12 burgers on the gasser.  No egg, so no pictures.
