Reverse seared. Marinated in beer, red wine vinegar and Worcester (did I spell that right?). Rubbed with Harris Ranch steak seasoning. Indirect until 105 and then seared. Sorry no sliced pic. Baked potato, garden salad and corn on the cob with some Cajun seasoning on it. Over shot the IT a little, but very tasty!
