Ribeye rubbed with Schwarz's steak seasoning, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and roasted baby potatoes with onions, smooshed and covered with sour cream and shredded cheddar. SWMBO heartily approved. Washed it down with a Goose Island IPA.
