Looking for some pointers on cure recipes. I would like to make my own, and I already have the pink salt, or Prague powder. And could I just follow a regular bacon recipe?
Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.

Yes. I've made a lot of it. Any recipe for bellies will work for shoulder bacon. Have fun and enjoy it!
