Help! I'm accustomed to doing my chicken parts (leg/thigh combo and boneless skinless breasts) in the indirect mode. I'm going to try raised direct tonight. How long will things take to cook at about 400 or so? Thanks!

    Not to be a smart ask but until you hit 160*/breast, 170* thighs, legs. Boneless skinless breast won't take long, 25 minutes.. Guessing 35-40 on thighs. By raised you mean above felt line or at felt line? ... Just for clarification
