Basic and Simple Wednesday Night

2 chicken breast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.  On the mini at 350 direct.  Went a little lower on grill temp so I could just cook the meat and not crust it over.  Plated with fresh maters, moz and basil

Great presentation and cook.  Glad to see the diamond plate back in action  ;)
    P.S. Where's the fork?
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

That's a house favorite, right there. That salad could be served everyday without complaint.

Please tell me that is a balsamic reduction on the caprese. That looks like the star of the show my friend.

Great meal Matt. We eat a lot of caprese here. Our local Kroger started caring a balsamic reduction in a bottle. Not too shabby for a premade. Easy and quicker than making a reduction.
