2013, killer year for cabs in Napa. The chicken thighs look delicious. 5 stars, for the cook, 5 stars for the pairing.

Thanks for the comments.  I dried them for 1/2 a day in the fridge, brushed with evoo, a little bit of ghost pepper salt and some dizzy pig raging river. 350 indirect and last 10 minutes skin side down
