Weekend Pizza Party

Loving the egg for pizza.  Third cook now and getting better each time, and more adventurous.  Saturday's menu was spinach/artichoke/feta with a pesto base (personal favorite), a supreme and a pepperoni for the kids.

Ran about 550ish high in the dome and let the stone heat for about 30 mins.

then for the pièce de résistance

Made a couple notes for myself on the next s'mores pizza, figured I'd share: 

1. Don't go so far out with the marshmallows, forgot to account for the puff factor and have some nice tattoos on the stone to remind me.

2. Resist the urge to eat right away, nutella+marshmallow = lava 

3. Take your pics early, I had to hold down a few people to get that last one.  Second option is to make more than one :-)
