Sous Vide/Egged Prime Ribeyes For Dinner Yesterday

We took it easy yesterday and ended it with a couple of nice H.E.B. prime ribeyes that we got a couple of days ago for $7.97 a pound. 

Yes, I made a short video just so you can see that we do feed our staff well here at the Chicken Ranch in spite of doctor's orders.
