My first Lamb Chop cook...

Picked up a couple packages from Costco and followed some instructions from a few members here.  Marinated it with Soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and other seasoning.  Cooked it raised direct around 450 till the internal temp was around 120.  I sliced it up and grilled it again for the kids portions.

    @D1105
    It looks awesome my friend. I have to ask, what does the 1105 stand for? I'm taking a shot in the dark because I use to own a 1979 Massey Ferguson 1105.

    Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

    Arsenal-Just a small wore out and broken down Weber kettle. No other means to cook at all.

    Btw, nice use of focal length in the photos!  Be careful, Rainchlen may be along to steal those for his next book.
