Farm raised.  EVOO, salt, pepper, lemon thyme, and lime juice.  Served with purple potatoes and raw vegetable relish.

Turned out really good.



XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    Nice, those look good.   What temp did you get the grill to and how long did they take?   I use CI to blacken catfish all the time so just curious how this compares as far as temp/time.

    Nice, those look good.   What temp did you get the grill to and how long did they take?   I use CI to blacken catfish all the time so just curious how this compares as far as temp/time.
    Kept the skillet on the flame with the dome closed until it heated up and held the temp at 350 for 15 minutes.  Added some EVOO and the fillets and closed the dome.  Pulled the skillet out to rest on some bricks on our counter at 5 minutes while we plated.
