So am trying to eat a bit more healthy but I was really craving chicken legs but I know the skin has a ton of fat so I decided to try something a bit different.  I pulled the skin back off the legs and brushed with olive oil and seasoned with my homemade rub and then pulled the skin back over the meat to help protect the meat from drying out and threw them on my rack.Cooked direct for 45 minutes at around 400, removed the skin, returned to egg and basted with Moore's Creamy Ranch Wing Sauce (I know - not healthy) for a few minutes a side.  Fantastically moist and tasty!
