SWMBO's homemade pie crusts made this meal. They were perfect. I winged the filling -- grilled cheekan, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, fresh herbs, white wine, a roux of butter and flour, chicken broth, heavy cream, seasonings, and sautéed onions, celery, peas and carrots. Maybe some other stuff. Too tired to recall. It was delicious though.
Brushed the top pie crust with an egg wash mixture.
