Mas Tacos porfavor. Smoked my mom a brisket today. Afterwards I cranked up the heat and threw some AL pastor and chorizo on the disposable griddle ( aka aluminum foil.) 
2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

What? You can't just throw out the word "Al Pastor" without details on how you made it! Come on now!!!
I see that stuff turning on the spit around me....marinated pork layered with sliced pineapple. Always good. Have never made it though.
