Diving into Paul Sidoriak's Exclusively Kamodo book tonight with the zesty no-fry buttermilk chicken recipe. Never tried it but I had all ingredients so thought what the heck.
The three unbreaded are for my ridiculous 6 yo and 4 yo who won't eat anything with "spices" on it. Perhaps there is hope for my 7 mo old son

I did this about a month ago. Kids are picky eaters and they flat out loved it.

It's direct raised grid. Cooked at 275 for about 2 hours.
