Trimmed and rubbed with Q Original Rub. Q BBQ is owned by Tuffy Stone. I trimmed it more than I ever have before.

Old Army guy here. 0400 habit, I have never broken. A fool, none the less. I think I am in good company

@johnmitchell I'm thinking with him knowing us old foxes will be guarding the hen house, his sleep may not be as refreshing as he would like. Couple hungry guys around pork.....just sayin' LOL.

Thanks for keeping an eye out. I'm not running any type of controller to maintain it so just check the dial therm once in awhile. She's at  97* right now. The dog and I need some shut eye.

What time ya eating man?? Butt looks good. I did 3 last weekend. One Friday night for my boss to take to the lake with him and 2 Sunday night for Memorial Day cookout. Eating some nachos right now from left overs.

Very nice looking dog. Oh and kudos on the wall outlet surround. Here in Jawja we're lucky to have 3 wire outlets and a cover :-)

And Nurse, the butt is at 180* so it won't be long now before I pull it off. I want to rest it for a good long time. I've read that a long rest is good.
