Would you put Alabama White Sauce on Pulled Pork?

I'm making some regional BBQ sauces in preparation for a Boston Butt cook next Sunday. I already have made a Western North Carolina "Piedmont Dip" and a Georgia Mustard Sauce. I plan on making this Sean Brock "Secret Weapon" Sauce later. But my question is would White Sauce be good on Pulled Pork? Have only made it for chicken. Thoughts?

I don't care for it on pulled pork but the wife and kids do. I mostly eat it on chicken an occasionally cut up pork chops. I used to make white sauce haven't done so in a while though.

Now if you heated white sauce and reduced it and spooned it on more like an open face sandwich I bet that would work. Good and peppery. Maybe with a side of pickled beets and a side of greens.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

White sauce reduction..... That sounds good. I would put it on my pulled pork at home, but not for a competition. Stick to the basics of the mustard, vinegar....

Meathead says it doesn't work on pork and beef. Only chicken;!http://amazingribs.com/recipes/chicken_turkey_duck/big_bob_gibsons_white_sauce.htmlI like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

I might as well make some. Will give folks some choices and let step out of their comforts zone. Simmering the Sean Brock sauce now; http://www.saveur.com/sean-brock-barbecue-sauce-recipeI like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
