OT- SRF Burgers

I have never purchased the premade burger patties from SRF until recently.  The box says "Cook frozen, Do not thaw." 

Will I lose quality to thaw?  I have already thawed 4 of them.

Let us know...pull out one more frozen burger to compare.

I'm not sure if it would make a difference or not.  Mine were difficult to separate.  I actually placed both stacks on the grill first to "thaw" some so I could pry apart.

You should be completely fine.  It's more of a convenience thing - it's easier to handle and less flare-ups from frozen, but people tend to not realize that's even an option.  I've cooked them both ways and honestly can't tell a difference.
