Mini Max Meal/Snack to Share at the Marina

I just added a Mini Max to the BGE family, and we'll be taking it up to the boat on Lake Michigan this weekend. The weather's still going to be too cool to be out on the water for sun, skin, sweat, and... swimming, so I may as well throw something on the MM to share with the rest of our marina friends.
Any suggestions? There will be about 15 to 20 of us.
I thought of some armadillo eggs or ABTs, but how many could I fit on the MM? Maybe a whole chicken brined and smoked indirect? Could do wings, but like the eggs, I'm not sure how many I could fit.
Maybe I need to be thinking of something that cooks quickly so I can just make multiple batches of it.

I don't have a MM so I don't know how many you can fit but you could do a bunch of different types of meat balls. Buffalo chicken meat balls are a big hit around my house.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

How about a recipe for those meatballs, please?

Rollout a bunch of pizza dough at home and have them ready to go stacked on top of each other. When ready, add cheese and easy toppings and have white pizzas.
Or or pre-make mini Stromboli and cook as needed.
...just 2 quick thoughts I had.--------------------------------------------------
Burning lump in Downingtown, PA or diesel in Cape May, NJ.
....just look for the smoke!

fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
This is a great recipe and I think it would work nicely on the MM. I think you could easily get 4 tenderloins on at once.

I just used the cheat method with the Ken's steak house honey mustard. I made the bacon, fried the onions in the bacon grease, then mixed in the honey mustard with the bacons and onions.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
@NautiRogue Got busy yesterday. Here is the post that got me started on them.

I've made the recipe @SmokeyPitt is talking about and its a good one. Do the onions at home and just warm them up at the marina.
