For You Blackstone Grill Users

If you are one of those who added a Blackstone Grill to your collection of cooking devices, you might be thinking of re-seasoning your grill. I did and in true Spring Chicken fashion, I made a video of it.

As a side note, Hotch (also a Blackstone Grill owner) told me that Flax Oil is actually better than Grape Seed Oil. But I had the Grape Seed Oil and thought I would give it a try.

I went a little overboard with my applications, applying 14 coats, followed by some cooking of onions and potatoes with salt.

I also used a sander on the grill top to get it smoother than it was when I got it new. I think that helped. I cooked a couple of hamburger patties yesterday and they cooked okay.
