Bratwurst Tacos

Bratwursts and onion rings were on the menu, but it's Cinco de Mayo for Pedro's sake.  So we twisted it up a little.  Some applewood smoked bratwurst tacos with some of Mrs. Dyal's homemade guacamole.  So good!!

Yeah, I suffered through some garlic Brats at Sat tailgate. They were cooked on the Coleman gasser.....then into a beer bath with onion. Just not quite the same.

Very nice. We had fah-jeeh-tas last night. Think I'm breaking out my toy for brats or just dogs tonight and lighting the large for a brees-ket.

Thx guys!!  @bhedges1987 , I had two for dinner last night and two for lunch today.  I prolly need to take it easy for dinner tonight.  Lol.  @Griffin , I'm glad to hear you're able to use those eggs more!!  Must be nice to finally be settled in.

I sure miss Maddie!  So glad she found a good home and collar/phone number combo. Give Pattie our best for a happy Mothers Day bro!
