Smoked Onion Sausage on the Mini

Found some onion sausage hiding deep in the freezer.  Not sure when we bought it.  It is from Cone's Meat Market in Ridge Spring, SC.  For those of you in the area, check them out.  They have great prices and most of their stuff is farmed locally and hormone free.  We usually go there every couple of months and stock the freezers.  They make excellent onion sausage.  




Smoked with apple and put them on buttered split top buns with palmetto cheese, mustard, chili and slaw. Simple but effective.  :)
