32 lbs of butts 2 kinds

We cooked up some of that mojo pork recipe at work and made Cuban sandwiches. We did it like the recipe and did it in the oven. It was pretty good. I thought it would taste even better smoked and pulled, so that is half of what I'm doing today. 

2 butts are just standard butts and 2 Mojo style. There is a "dipping sauce" for it so I'm thinking I can use that to dress the pork after pulling. 

Here its 515 am and about to put them on for the day. It's a good day to be at home today I got a lot of menial spring chores to take care of today. 
It's dark out still so no pics of them on the egg. I'll snap a pic half 
way through
