What better to do on a Saturday night then rub and smoke a couple of butts.  2- 8lbs Boston butts rubbed with Butt Rub.  Planning to pull one and chop the other.

    Good idea! Try this with 1lb of chopped:

    combine 1lb of chopped smoked pork
    8oz softened cream cheese
    3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1tbs of your fav BBQ rub

    mix, put in oven at 350 for 20 min. 

    Good dip or side dish for any meal.
