Picked up one of these a few weeks ago from Cabela's. Very nice for the sale price right now...
It's a great portable size and TALL. Makes a great prep table.
I did not install the faucet at the fest but the hole served as a knife holder.
The little sunken sink area was great for wet prep stuff or ice could be added for a small cold prep holding area.
I just put a bucket under the drain hose.
I will soon cut a cutting board to fit the small recessed area over the sink.
