Chicken inspired by bosco0633 (pic heavy)

All the credit here needs to go to @bosco0633 , had some breasts that we were going to cook on Friday, decided to go with this after seeing his post a bit ago on "Diablo Chicken".

Beasts butterflied, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, bbq sauce and old cheese.

Wow, loved this meal. Thanks @bosco0633 this was a hit, for me and my oldest daughter anyways.

That looks so good! Did you cook/saute any of the veggies before putting on the chicken or did all of the cooking happen on the chicken?

Just the mushrooms, peppers went on fresh, bacon was partially cooked. Was going off the OP, and it turned out perfect.
