Crab Cake and Smoked Provolone Stuffed Pork Chops with Smoked Green Beans

Set up; indirect at 275*.  Green beans with cherry tomatoes, onions, prosciutto, garlic, salt, and pepper, and a little water. No smoke. Thick pork chops sliced and stuffed with premade crab cakes and a slice of smoked provolone. Setting a placeholder here. Will show the final results later. Have a groovy night y'all.

All pretty good. Never low and slowed green beans before. They picked some smoke from the lump. Will do again but not run them 3 hours. The chops were good.  Put them in a rib rack spread open to hold them upright, as the not loose the crab cake stuffing.  Also picked up light smoke from the lump. Anything and crab cakes and cheese is good in my book. Will do this again.
