Cooking light tonight

Options
Swordfish and asparagus. Swordfish was marinated in olive oil, tarragon, and lime juice.  Asparagus just had salt and pepper and a little olive oil.  Egged at 425 till done.  Everything tasted great.

    That certainly is a healthy light meal.. Did you have any accompanying sauce to go with it.. Looks great.

    Thanks.  No sauce with the fish....it took on the lime flavor really well.  After a week of spring break at the beach drinking beer and eating fried seafood platters, I figured I needed something healthy.

    Swordfish, especially when truly fresh, is fantastic, especially when grilled at a higher temperature like you did.  Looks delicious.
