SWMBO was wanting some post easter steak. Went to Costco as I was off this weekend and couldn't order a strip loin from work.
Sparked up the mini and started cooking.
Any who, picked up some ny strips (almost killed me to pay retail by the way). Seeing as I had the day off I did some chores and made some buns.
No plated shots as as I was hungry.
