Saturday night fajitas

I drank too much lastnight. I didn't do much today.  at the last minute ran up to the Mexican market and picked up some marinated skirt steak. Cooked it direct at 600 for 3 minutes aside. Pulled it off around 10 o'clock. Its never too late for fajitas.
