Which brand of cured swine belly do you use for your cooks?

We used 2 brands of bacon on our banana shots at the Salado Eggfest last Saturday with big difference in the cook  Brand A was Wright brand we buy at Sam's Club. Brand B was Costco. The was a big difference in the shrinkage between the two. The Costco bacon shrunk a lot more, to the point where we could have wrapped it twice around the banana. The Wright's bacon (used in the attached image ) stayed on the toothpick, the costco cured, sliced, swine belly peeled off. Has anyone found a brand of bacon that works better than others for their cooks?
