Found this beautiful ribeye and thought it was the perfect birthday treat.  Hot tubbed it with heavy salt for about an hour changing the water once. Checked with thermapen after the tub and internal meat was average of 90 degrees. Dusted with lawry's and into about a 500-550 degree egg for a few minutes a side, rotating and flipping once until internal was 130. Kids wanted hot dogs so they got a 1/4 pound all beef from Farmland. Topped it off with hashbrowns, beans and my beautiful wife made me a scratch red velvet cake for desert.  Great day and have a prime Packard planned for Saturday. Pics in the order of vanilla. Also can anyone help me out with GIF's. I have a burst of like 50 pics I would like to post but cannot figure it out.
