Flat Iron on the Mini

Long week at work, but at least the local Grocery with a good meat dept. had Flat Irons on sale. Sous vide for an hour and a half at 125, then seared on the Mini.

 

 Garlic cheese bread to clean up the plate, and an avocado, tomato, cucumber salad with a really good olive oil on the side. I think I can deal with Friday now...
