Mrs. 500 had to work today, so after prepping the 2 Butts for a smoke later tonight, I made us cheeseburgers. Daughter #2 said she wanted a thin burger. They were a 1/3# each but they were thin like she asked. Griddled them on the $5 Goodwill cast iron grid at 400*. First time doing burgers this way. Will do this again.

Burgers and thin steaks, best if CI cooked on the Egg. That's the only way we do them now.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
